Skillnaut

Learn it. Do it. Prove it.

An evidence-based workforce capability platform for frontline and regulated organisations.

DONE ≠ PROVEN
01 / Clear definition

What is Skillnaut?

Skillnaut is an Evidence-Based Workforce Capability platform for frontline and regulated organisations. It does not measure whether someone has completed a course; it establishes whether they have demonstrably become capable of performing the job independently and safely. The platform turns training into auditable competency evidence by connecting theoretical knowledge, practical execution and real work data in one traceable profile. In one sentence: Skillnaut turns “completed” into “proven capable.”

02 / The problem

Completion is not competence.

Leaders in regulated industries make hundreds of decisions every year about who is competent to perform a task: who may operate hazardous equipment, work with a customer or take part in an audited process. These decisions are rarely backed by documented evidence. Training systems record that someone completed content, not whether knowledge became real-world performance. A completed course is not competence, and a certificate is not capability. During an audit, proving who can safely do what remains a business and safety risk.

03 / The product response

Learn it. Do it. Prove it.

Skillnaut is built around the Learn it – Do it – Prove it methodology.

  1. Learn it

Role-specific learning paths made of focused modules, SOPs, e-learning and live training.

  2. Do it

Knowledge is applied in real tasks. The Evidence Inbox connects data from ERP, QMS and customer-feedback systems to the specific skills of individual professionals.

  3. Prove it

Standardised position and performance assessments validate practical execution — by an accountable leader, not an algorithm.

The evidence is consolidated in an automatically updated Skill Matrix that shows what each person can actually do. Competency status expires when fresh evidence is missing. AI remains an adviser throughout: it prepares, summarises and recommends, but does not grade or qualify people. Every competency decision remains in human hands, in line with the principle behind Article 22 of the GDPR.

04 / Differentiating idea

DONE ≠ PROVEN

Most systems in the category measure learning; Skillnaut measures evidence. Its central idea is simple: completed does not equal proven. A single data point is not evidence. A reliable decision emerges when independent sources — knowledge, execution, behaviour and objective work data — converge. Skillnaut is therefore neither a better LMS nor a traditional performance-management tool. It establishes a distinct category, Evidence-Based Workforce Capability, and provides workforce-planning and people-analytics systems with valid, living competency data.

05 / Who it is for

Where mistakes have real consequences.

For frontline and regulated organisations where competence must be auditable and mistakes have real consequences:

  • Manufacturing and automotive organisations operating under IATF 16949 or IFS requirements
  • Logistics
  • Energy and critical infrastructure, including EHS and occupational safety
  • Hospitality and retail, where consistent customer experience and rapid onboarding matter
  • Private healthcare and shared-service centres with protocol-compliance requirements
06 / Who it is less suited to

When DONE is enough.

If an organisation only needs to assign courses and record completion, a conventional LMS is cheaper and sufficient. Skillnaut is strongest where practical execution can be observed and must be proven. It is less suited to purely office-based knowledge work that is difficult to observe. In short: when DONE is enough, Skillnaut is unnecessary; when PROVEN matters, it was built for the job.

07 / Evidence

Real results. Auditable development.

Measured results from a leading quick-service restaurant network, Burger King Hungary, published with the customer’s permission:

  1. 01

Average onboarding time fell by 30%, reaching the 14-day target for full role readiness.

  2. 02

Turnover among trained employees decreased by 12% in the year after launch.

  3. 03

The network grew from 45 to 62 restaurants while the entire operation continued to be supported by only three trainers.

  4. 04

    Quality-related complaints decreased measurably.

The platform combines a mature Learn it – Do it – Prove it methodology with the Evidence-Based Workforce Capability category, bringing learning, competency assurance and performance evaluation into one evidence architecture.
